1 container of low-fat cottage cheese (any brand or style)
A couple of cloves of garlic
Grated Parmesan cheese (roughly 5 tbsp)
"I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray (optional)

Blend: Add the container of cottage cheese to the food processor and blend until smooth.
