It's been about 4 years now that I've been taking these products: multi vitamins, protein drinks & bars, soups, etc., and I have to tell you that I've lost 16 pounds over that time! I never purposely tried to do a special diet, it just came naturally over time with my regiment of eating the right foods and nutrition. I went from avg. 205-209 down to 188-192, and I'm keeping it off (I sound like an old Tommy LaSorta commercial). I tell anyone that asks me about AmBari! JD

I am in love with this vegetarian beef stew! It does have some beef flavoring so it’s not completely vegetarian, but the soy protein is good and the gravy is flavorful. I’ve had it with cauliflower rice or with zero carb noodles; with a side salad it made a complete dinner. 5 stars!

I loved the Key Lime Wafer bar that was sent as an extra treat. It was delicious. You should put them in your inventory.
