Easy Returns & Refunds

At AmBari Nutrition, our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. We want you to be completely happy with every item you order from us, and we'll do everything in our power to make that happen.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, or if there was a mistake on our part, we're more than happy to make it right. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of it.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days so we can help locate it. We want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, so please reach out to us as soon as you can.

If you need to return an item, we're here to help. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the packaging is still intact. We'll refund your purchase in the same form of payment originally used, or issue store credit, usually within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your return.

If the return is due to a shipping error on our part, we'll refund your shipping charges as well. However, if the return is not due to our error, we'll need to deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

If you've tried a product and simply don't like the taste, you may return it as long as only one bar or packet is missing from the box. We'll refund the price of the product in the form of product exchange or store credit, and you'll be responsible for shipping it back to us. Unfortunately, vitamins and supplements cannot be returned once they've been opened.

During the summer months, we cannot be held responsible for the melting of chocolate or caramel products during transit. While we take great care in packaging your order, once it leaves our premises, we can't control the weather. We don't accept returns or issue credits for protein bars or any chocolate or caramel products that have been left in the heat. However, if your order contains bars that have melted, don't worry! Simply unpack the carton and place the boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They'll re-harden and still be delicious.
