I love this plain or with a little bit of cheese! I was surprised with how flavorful it actually is!
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this for the first time. It doesn't feel like diet food and actually makes you full. I like to add more water to make it go further so it's not so restrictive.
I got this as a sample, but prefer it to the one with beans. I cooked mine and then added 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese, microwaved more and stirred until it was all mixed together. I poured it on top of some cauliflower rice and broccoli that I had cooked separately. Very yummy and filling for a quick lunch at work.
