This, along with the Apple and Cinnamon oatmeal, are one of my favorite meals on the program. Very filling and high in protein.
Yum yum! I mix with a serving of plain oatmeal to help cut the sweetness and to make it a little more filling.
I have this for breakfast some mornings with some eggs & bacon. I need to add some other food with the oatmeal or use 2 packets to fill up so I can make it until noon.
