This Mac and cheese tastes great and compared to store bought this has more protein and less carbs for more of it than you would get in a cup with the store bought. Love it!
This makes a nice side dish to any meat. The only thing I don't like about it is the sodium content is very high.
This is a great healthy alternative to mac and cheese. Make sure to use a large bowl so the water doesn't overflow in the microwave. The taste and texture is really close to the unhealthy version I used to eat. This satisfies my craving for mac and cheese.
