This chili was filling and tasted pretty good. I had issues with it overflowing when heating so I kept stopping it but it had a good flavor.
Make sure you microwave the chili long enough to cook the beans. Crunchy beans in chili is not so tasty. I like to mix some Laughing Cow cheese into it to make it creamy, and eat it over cauliflower rice and broccoli.
I like to make the chili and put it on top of a salad for lunch, kinda like a taco salad. The beans sometimes don't get cooked the whole way and remain kinda crunchy. This might be my fault for microwaving on medium power to avoid splatter.
