These very soft gummy vitamins are easy to chew and swallow. They're made with a small amount of real sugar, so there's none of that nauseating fake sugar flavor in them. They practically melt in your mouth, and they're small, so it becomes easy to be compliant with taking your vitamins. Highly recommended!

At first I was very surprised at the taste was very pleasant, chewy, and didn't make me nauseous. By the second day it was hard to only consume the recommended dosebecause I wanted more? That's a good thing because I couldn't stand my previous vitamins. I would give them an excellent rating.
