I've been using this fiber supplement for years now and it's my favorite. It's orderless and tasteless. I usually put it in my smoothies, or my morning oatmeal. It mixes into anything adding that much needed fiber into my diet.

A Needful Thing! I've been using this fiber supplement off and on for years. We are still not getting enough fiber in our diets so a supplement is so important for our digestive track. This one dissolves quickly and is tasteless. And then does what it does gently.

I go to QWL center and they sell a similar product called Q fiber for 14 in a box for $30. This product is very similar and I have lost weight as if I was taking the QWL product all along but much cheaper here on Ambari!!! Ambari is my little secret! I will order again. Thanks Ambari for having the best prices!!!
