I used it for pizza a few nights ago and it was delicious. Great alternative if you don't want the carbs and want a quick and easy crust.
This stuff is great! I make a mug pancake most mornings. 1/2 cup mix, 1/3 cup milk. Stir (don’t worry about lumps) and microwave on high for 70 seconds. (1000 watt microwave).
